The College runs on three semesters per year, and students can be admitted at any semester. New semester begins on every January, May, and September. You can also apply at any time as each application will be processed individually.
The students are strongly encouraged to approach our experienced counselors prior to signing up for any courses. The counselors will help in assessing the students' aptitude and inclinations, and then make appropriate recommendations. The service is offered for free to all people. Feel free to contact our Admission Office for assistance.
All students must fill up the prescribed official Application Form. The Registration Form can be downloaded here.
Submit/send (by post) the Registration Form and the following documents to the Admissions Office.
A certified true copy of all high school certificates and marksheets, and any other relevant records of academic work. Note: The certificates must be translated into English if they are in other languages.
A certified High School leaving certificate (or Testimonial)
For credit transfer exemption purpose, students (completed or currently still studying) must provide:
-- a certified transcript and Diploma Certificate (if applicable)
-- course syllabus of ALL subjects undertaken to date, and the institution grading scheme.
4 copies of passport size colour photograph, with the student's name and Identity Card number clearly written on the reverse side of every photograph.
Each application is scrutinized by a member of the academic staff, who
gives the application individual consideration. They base this decision on the following:
Academic Performance
The examination results you already have, such as HSC, ISC, SSC, ICSE, "A" or "O" levels. You have to meet the minimum Entrance Requirements.
Subjects you have studied
Whether the subjects you previously studied are related to the program you applied for.
Assuming all the papers are in order, the applicant will receive one of the following five types of response which we will make to your application. The Admissions Office will notify by phone and/or mail.
An unconditional offer
Congratulations! This means you fulfil all requirements and have been offered a place on the course of your choice.
A conditional offer
This means that you have been offered a place on the course of your choice, subject to meeting certain conditions. Once these conditions are met, the status will automatically be reverted to an unconditional offer.
These conditions may relate to you achieving a certain level of English language or mathematics proficiency, or achieving a certain grade in your studies (e.g. your pending HSC or "A" level result), or achieving a certain grade in your first semester of the program.
An alternate offer
This means that for various reasons, you have not been offered a course of your choice. However, the College decides to offer you another course which we believe is more suitable for you.
A notice for further information
You may not have submitted all the necessary supporting documents, or there might be errors.
Rejection of the application
Our apologies, the College is unable to offer you a place to study on the course of your choice.
The College will issue a Letter of Offer together with an Acceptance Letter and sent to students within one week from the date of the Application is being processed, or, where applicable, one week after the Admission Assessment Test. You may also choose to drop in and pick up the Letter of Offer.
If you accept the Offer, you return the Acceptance Letter together with the following fees in order to secure a place.

At the time of admission, you will receive an admission package and is required to fill in the prescribed Admissions Form.
Your first formal induction to the College will start at the Orientation Week, which you are required to attend at the beginning of the semester.
