As part of the 10th Anniversary Celebration, Perdana College of Malaysia is holding a series of public lectures conducted by experienced professionals and academicians.
On October 4, Mr. Ronald Sleiter, our invited speaker from USA, conducted a public lecture entitled Increasing Sales and Improving Sales Management: Business to Business (B2B) Selling. The talk was well received by the college academia, students and the public.
Mr. Ronald Sleiter has a twenty-year career with a record of accomplishment in senior sales and executive sales management. Before entering the software sales field, Ron managed the design, development and support of a variety of successful software products for Boeing and Control Data Corporation, USA.
Recently, Mr. Sleiter served as interim CEO during the successful sale of a US$ 40-million publicly traded application Software Company. The shareholder value increased 250 percent during the year he directed the company.
Mr. Sleiter career highlights include individually selling over $10 million of software products, building an initial sales force which generated over $25 million in annual sales revenue, and growing an international sales force of 1,100 in 78 offices in 43 countries around the world. Software product revenue grew to $1.4 billion under his leadership as the Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales, of Compuware Corporation (www.compuware.com), a recognized industry leader in enterprise software and IT services.
