Every semester, the College sees off numerous students overseas to our partner universities after they have completed their program requirements with us. In January, a batch of 16 students moved on to universities in Canada, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom.
The UK is a popular destination for our students. Through our special arrangement with Northumbria University, Mr. Syed-uz-Zaman is admitted into the final year of the B.Sc.(Hons.) Applied Computing program while Mr. Md. Humayun Akbar is enrolled into the final year of the B.A.(Hons.) International Business Management program. Both of them have completed two years of studies in Business Information Systems and Business Administration, respectively, in Perdana College prior to their admission into Northumbria University.
Perdana has a long standing partnership with Acadia University since 1996.
Acadia University has the best reputation amongst Canadian primarily undergraduate universities according to the Maclean's Magazine. All the students' credits are transferrable to Acadia University.
Ms. Nawreen Nishat, who has completed 60 credits, had all her credits transferred, and is currently pursuing her 3rd year of the Bachelor of Business Administration (Major: Information Systems) program in the prestigious Fred C. Manning School of Business Administration.
We also see a batch of 13 students moving on to our parent institution, University College Sedaya International, Malaysia, to continue and eventually complete their degrees there. The programs they study include B.A.(Hons.) Business Administration, B.Sc.(Hons.) Business Information Systems, B.Sc.(Hons.) Computing, and B.A.(Hons.) Mass Communication
All the undergraduate programs in UCSI include a yearly CO-OP component, allowing the student to gain an invaluable six months' working experience even before they graduate. This innovative concept has also been introduced into our College.
