Launching of Perdana Sports & Recreation Club
On May 22, the brand new Sports & Recreation Club (SRC) was inaugurated, hot on the heel of the inauguration of Media & Cultural Club.
The new SRC will promote and facilitate sports and recreation among the college community. It will also take over the organization of College sports tournament, study and recreational tours.
The inaugural Exco members are:
President: Al Mamun-Or-Rashid
Vice President: Istiak Hossain Khan
Secretary: Mobasher Chaklader
Treasurer: Md. Amjad Hossain
Public Relation Officer: Mehedi Hasan
Assistant Public Relation Officer: Khandakar Sayma Nasrin
IT & Event Manager: Asif Hossain
Logistics & Inventory Manager: Kaiser Mohammad Ibrahim
Safety Manager: Raihan Siddique
The inauguration ceremony was hosted by the SRC founder president Al Mamun-Or-Rashid, declared opened by the Principal Dr. Wong, assisted by Dr. Ronnie of the Office of Student Affairs, and Assistant Professor Hasan Shirazi, the Club Advisor.
The Exco members of the SRC together with Dr Wong (Principal), Dr. Ronnie (Head of OSA), and Mr. Shirazi (Club Advisor) cutting a cake to symbolize the inauguration of the club.
