To help the students assess their performance half way through a semester, the College sent our a mid semester performance report to the parents and students right after the Mid Semester Examination. This hopefully will allow the students to know what need to be done to redress the situations.
Students and guardians alike have to sign and return a copy of this report to the Registrar Office for record purpose.
After the Final Examination, an End Semester Report will be despatched to the students and parents. This normally happens at the beginning of the following semester. Students and guardians alike have to sign and return a copy of this report to the Registrar Office for record purpose.
Students will receive two transcripts at the completion of their programs. Students are advised to have at least four extra copies of the transcript as they are likely to need it later on. For more copies students have to fill in the Document Request Form from the Records Office.
For alumni: If the students have already left the College, they can also order an official transcript from the Registrar Office. Student who are overseas can request for a transcript by proxy or by sending the Document Request Form together with the following items to the Office. Please allow for at least 3 working days to process the request.

All current and active students can access their complete academic records via EASY, College's online records and course management systems. This information systems also allow students to keep track of their current academic progress and fee payments, anytime, anywhere.
