H.E. Mr. David Preston, Canadian High Commissioner, addressing the audience during a Perdana Education Seminar.
This section intends to provide answers to some of the common questions prospective students, their families and teachers/ counselors have about going into higher education.
We would like to expand this section and render it ever more useful; so please let us know if there is something you would like to see included that you think would be useful information for prospective university applicants.
As a parent, when it is time for your son or daughter to enter higher education, your input is highly valuable. Whether you are helping them choose the right course and university, keeping them on track with their application or advising them financially, it is best to be well-informed.
Which program should my son/daughter study? What is good for my children? Many guardians had asked us these questions.
Another important question: Which HSC / ISC / A Level subjects should the student study before they enter university? School counselors should be able to advised them on the subjects to study so that the students are well prepared for their future career. Our experiences inform us that many candidates chooses high school subjects that do not prepare them for their degree programs.
One of the goals of this website to answer these questions so that students can make informed decisions with regard to their future studies.
