Your Email (WebMail) Account

The College uses MS Exchange WebMail as its e-mail software. You can contact people on campus or World-wide through this mail.

Your E-mail address will be: Your_Student_ID@perdanacollege.com.

You can access your College email from home or other locations using our WebMail system via myPerdana student portal or by going directly to "http://www.perdanacollege.com/exchange".

To login, use the College username and your personal password of your Computing Account. This is the same username and password you use for logging into College computers.

As the College, staff, and lecturers use the webmail to communicate with you, it is of utmost important that you check your e-mail account daily to ensure you do not miss any important information and notices.

All users of the College Webmail services are bound (in addition to the Rules and regulations for the Use of Computing & IT Resources by the College's Email Policy. Please make sure you are familiar with your responsibilities under these policies.

WebMail - Microsoft Outlook XP

MS Outlook XP is available from all the open access computers. Once you have logged in, open the Start menu and select "Microsoft Outlook". Additionally, you can access your email from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection via Outlook Web Access. The Web-based service is similar to the popular Yahoo! facility, though much more useful for your studies.
